The Privacy Policy of the FVTA
- The Association will comply with both the letter and the spirit of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
- Your personal details will be held securely and will only be used for Association administration purposes, including the distribution of information on Association events. They will never be passed to a third party for any other purpose. When your membership ceases, the Association will retain your personal data in order to be able to comply with future legal obligations; it will be deleted after 5 years.
- We will notify you promptly in the event of any breach of your personal data which might expose you to serious risk. Enquiries in respect of your data should be addressed to the Association Secretary who is the Association’s Data Protection Officer.
- From time to time images of Association events and their participants may be published in the Association newsletter Tête à Tête, on the Association website https://farehamvannestwin.wordpress.com, and at Association events, and your name may appear in the context of such images.
